Enjoy gentle breathwork, self-reflection and a guided meditation to reflect the seasonal shift at this time of the Autumn Equinox.  

No previous experience is required and everyone is welcome at this session designed to support your personal wellbeing. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring your favourite journal and a pen to jot down your thoughts! All other materials and props will be provided.  

Monika is a yoga teacher and NLP practitioner specialising in supporting people in midlife.  You can find out more about her at: yogawithmonika.co.uk 

To attend this workshop you need to be 18+ years old, and have purchased a ticket to The Bristol Festival of Wellbeing.
