A moment of stillness: Sound Bath with Selkie Sounds
A moment of stillness: Sound Bath with Selkie Sounds
You will be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, koshi chimes, percussion and gongs during a session with Selkie Healing.
The sound bath will encourage the body to experience deep relaxation and release any blockages and tension that may be held within the body, as well as calming the mind of stressful thoughts and emotions that may be held or currently experienced within the body.
Pillows, yoga mats and blankets will be provided, you are welcome to bring an eye mask and anything else to ensure you are warm and comfortable for your sound journey.
Contraindications for participation in the sound bath: pregnancy (please message for further information), pacemakers, stents or shunts, sufferers of epilepsy or severe mental health issues. These are just a few, please message if you have any concerns.
